Serial and Audio-Visual Solutions
These solutions provide serial connectivity, audio and video extension both wired and
wireless, and control systems for broadcast studios. Avocent multi-interface serial hubs and
multiport adapters help you manage ports easily at the point of need whether local or remote.
Professional audio and video extension products help you reach your target audience while
increasing productivity and saving money. Serial and audio-visual solutions are used in many
applications including retail point of sale, digital signage and broadcasting.
Mobile Solutions
Multiple platform mobile solutions include software that allows the use of mobile devices to
manage network and data centre infrastructures. Mobile solutions software provides increased
network security when you are managing cellular PDAs, smartphones and similar devices. It
is specifically designed for system administrators who manage a distributed workforce, remote
sales team or service team.

The Avocent family of KVM and related solutions are installed in Fortune 100 companies and
other client sites around the world. Customers include Microsoft Corp., Intel, HP, Dell, IBM,
